Ingredients

30 mins
8 servings
  1. 5 cups white flour
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 tablespoon yeast
  4. 2 tablespoons oil
  5. salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Dissolve the yeast in hot water. Mix the flour, sugar, oil and salt in a bowl, and then add the dissolved yeast.

  2. 2

Mix well, and then add 3 cups of water slowly while kneading until you have a firm and soft dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it to rest for 1 hour,

  3. 3

After the dough rises divide it into fist-sized balls, and leave them aside for a little while to rest.

  4. 4

For each dough ball you will need a round baking tray, or bake each one separately in the same tray.

  5. 5

Flatten the dough ball into a circular shape while keeping it a little thick. Put it in the baking dish sprayed with oil, and then bake at 220 degrees until done and golden.

  6. 6

    Serve hot directly after baking.
