Simple and tasty. I just use a slow cooker. You can use a regular pot as well. Boil the rice and simmer, cover for 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 1/2 cup rice (basmati)
  2. 3 cups broth
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 3 tbsp tomato paste
  5. 1 tsp sunflower oil (I infused it with garlic)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients and stir.

    Cook using a rice cooker.
