This vegetable-loaded meatloaf is filled with fiber. Combined with bacon, it will satisfy your desire for comfort food without adding on the pounds.

- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar

- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla

- can bought fondue melting chocolate, but I didn’t like that as much because it didn’t fully harden. You
- also find chocolate almond bark or any kind of chocolate that melts at a baker’s store.)
