Super easy & tasty croissant in an hour with 3 ingredients!

材料 (70 pieces)

Pie crust sheet *phyllo dough
8 ( 800 g )
Chocolate
to taste
Egg yolk

作り方

    Cut the pie crust into triangles while it is cold & hard.

    Wait a few mins. to slightly soften to make it easy to roll.

    Slice chocolate to fit the cut pie crust.

    Place the sliced chocolate on the wide edge and roll up.

    Pre-heat the oven at 200 ℃ (392 ℉)

    Place the croissants on the baking tray.

    Brush egg yolk all over it.

    Bake at 200 ℃ (392 ℉) for 15 mins.

    *Until it is inflated and becomes light brown.

コツ・ポイント

Pie crust would be sticky as soften, so better cut when hard. Also, better wait a little before rolling up not to break.
