Chopped shallots deep fried in a spicy batter. A perfect rainy day snack which my dad makes for us!

Make the batter by mixing all the ingredients with water. The batter should be of a paste consistency.

Add all the chopped vegetables into the batter and mix well.

Roll into small balls and deep fry in hot oil till they brown.

Serve hot with a cup of tea.
