Ingredients

1-serving
  1. 50 Grams Shallots peeled and chopped finely
  2. 3 Sprigs curry leaves chopped
  3. 1 inch ginger piece of finely chopped
  4. 1 chilly green chopped
  5. Sunflower oil for deep frying
  6. 3/4 Cup Besan
  7. 2 Teaspoons Chilly powder
  8. 1 Tablespoon Asafoetida powder
  9. to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make the batter by mixing all the ingredients with water. The batter should be of a paste consistency.

    Add all the chopped vegetables into the batter and mix well.

  3. 3

    Roll into small balls and deep fry in hot oil till they brown.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with a cup of tea.
