Arvi dish with Yogurt and Tamatoes. This is a tedious dish. You can certainly add Lamb with this dish.
Ingredients

12 Arvi Pieces washed

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Methi Seeds

1 Tablespoon garlic Crushed

1 onion Large sliced

1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 Teaspoon Corrainder Ground powder

1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Tumeric Powder

1 Teaspoon Cayenne Powder

1 Cup Tamatoes Chopped

2 Tablespoons Cilantro Chopped

1 Cup Yogurt
Cooking Instructions

In a steamer or a large stock pot boil Arvis until fork tender. Set aside to cool. Peel the skin off and Mash Arvis.

Heat oil in a Karahi. Add 1ts Methi seeds cook 2 mts and add onions and garlic. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Add all Dry Spices and salt. Add 1 cup water. Stir and cook 2 minutes.

Add Arvis and Mix well. Add Tamatoes and Mix. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 15 mts. Turn off Heat. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and Yogurt.
