Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Paneer
  2. 3 Green chilli
  3. 1 Onion , chopped
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seed
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Salt (as needed)
  7. 1 cup Wheat flour
  8. 1 tablespoon Oil
  9. Water salt and   (as needed)

Cooking Instructions

    Defrost paneer (keep immersed in hot water until it is soft) drain completely and crumble with hand (make sure that there is no water content).

    In a mixing bowl mix the crumbled  paneer with cumin seed (powder), salt, chilli, coriander leaves, chopped onion and make into small ball shapes.

    Take flour in a large bowl and mix it with salt, oil and water. Knead the dough well to make it smooth and make equal sized balls out of the dough.

    Roll the dough in to medium circle shapes and place paneer filling balls in the centre of the circle. Bring together all the sides in the centre and seal tightly. Dust it  very lightly with flour and gently roll it out to form circle shapes.

    Cook on a hot thava using a little oil or butter until both sides are golden brown.

    Serve and hot.
