Bread and Butter Pudding

Bread pudding that is easy to make.
Cooking Instructions

Apply butter on bread slices and keep one slice on top of the other to make four sandwiches.

Cut each of them in to four triangles. Arrange the triangles in a baking dish so each triangle overlaps the previous one.

Take light hot milk in a bowl, add sugar and stir it until sugar is dissolved. Break egg in to it and whisk to mix well and then add vanilla essence.

Preheate the oven to 180°.

Pour the mixture over the bread slices and press the bread lightly so that they soak up most of the milk and sprinkle 1/2 cup raisins on the top.

Bake in the centre of the oven for 45 minutes..

Serve hot or cold.
