Ingredients

2 mins
1-serving
  1. 2 Tablespoons flour
  2. 1 Tablespoon sugar
  3. 1 Tablespoon chocolate chips
  4. 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  5. 1 Tablespoon butter melted
  6. 1 Tablespoon milk
  7. 1 Pinch salt
  8. 1 Pinch baking powder
  9. 1 Tablespoon cashews almonds chopped /

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

In a ramekin mix the liquid ingredients together. slowly add dry ingredients. (I like my brownies not too sweet, you can add an additional 1/2 tbsp sugar, depending on how sweet you like your sweet to be!)

  2. 2

Mix well, the batter is kind of thick, but if it looks dough-ey add a a little milk till it looks just right. Add the nuts.

  3. 3

Put into a clean ramekin (you can omit this step completely, if you are a total lazy bum like me!).

  4. 4

Microwave for 50 seconds. I like my brownie a lil fudgy and gooey so i stop at 50 seconds. But i generally microwave it for an additional 30 seconds for my husband who does not enjoy gooey chocolate!

  5. 5

Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
