Baked Banana Chips

Low fat way to save bananaz from ending up in the garbage bin!!!

Ingredients

2-serving
  1. 2 banana
  2. 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  3. to taste salt
  4. to taste pepper

Method

60 mins
  1. Add Photo

    Pre heat your oven at 250 F. Line a cookie tray with parchment paper.

  2. Add Photo

    Slice the bananaz into thin chips. Lay them out on the lined tray. Brush with lemon juice and sprinkle salt and pepper.

  3. Add Photo

    Bake for about an hour. Check to see if the sides are cooked. If the chips are still too gooey cook for another 10-15 minutes. Take them out when the center is slightly soft to touch, once cool they will crisp/firm up. Store in air tight containers.
