I found this recipe on the back of a pack of Hershey's cocoa powder (unsweetened). Made a batch for our church harvest festival, and it was a smash hit! The recipe couldn't be simpler. The brownies turned out to be dense, fudgy and with a lovely crust on top. I'm sure it would've tasted absolutely heavenly fresh out of the oven with a scoop of ice-cream, toasted nuts and drizzled with chocolate syrup.

Most of the food I cook is about saving time, but not compromising on flavour. My biggest supporter is my hubby, who loves trying out new recipes and experimenting with different flavours. We love entertaining friends, and our home is the usual watering hole in our gang. So we try to come up with some innovative, fun food. Hope u guys like them!
