Soyachunks colourful biryani
Ingredients

2 bowl basmati rice

1 bowl soak Soya chunks

2 sliced onions
-
2 bay leaf
-
2 clove
-
1 tbsp biryani masala
-
1/2 red chilli
-
to taste Salt

2 drops Red and green food colour
-
as needed Oil

3-4 mint leaves
Cooking Instructions

Pore oil in pot add oil and heat by adding bay leaf clove now add sliced onions.

Saute it add Soya chunks biryani masala and all spices.

Add water mix and take 1 vissel.

Garnish with mint and colour rice with red green food colour....eat with green chutney or raita or salad.
