Beef Chili

The Beef Chili is a recipe based on ground beef, vegetables and seasonings. It’s a full of flavors, delicious and tasty combination its perfect to be accompanied with beans and rice. (You can see the recipes here in Rosanas ideas)
Also you can eat it alone accompanied with Cheddar, Monterrey Jack, Asadero and Quesadilla grated on top, with corn chips and a tablespoon of sour cream or cream cheese per serving.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons oil

3 medium onions chopped

1 red bell pepper chopped

1 small jalapeño chopped (with seeds for hotter flavor)

8 garlic cloves chopped

2.2 oz ground beef
-
1 tablespoon dried onion
-
1 tablespoon paprika
-
2 tablespoons cumin
-
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

15 oz can of tomato sauce
-
15 oz can of crushed tomatoes

to taste Salt

To accompany:

Corn tortilla chips

Rice

Ingredients:

In a large pan heat the oil in medium temperature
Add the onion, the peppers, the garlic and cook it until the onions are translucent -

Add the bouillon crushed, mix
Integrate the ground beef -

Add the seasonings, cook it for 10 minutes with a semi-covered pan

Add the tomato cans, cook it with an uncovered pan for 30 minutes, stir it occasionally, taste to adjust the salt

Beef chili can be eat it alone with shredded cheddar cheese, corn tortilla chips and a tablespoon of sour cream or cream cheese per serving.
