Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 slices bread
  2. 1 egg
  3. 4 leaves lettuce
  4. 2 slices pumpkin
  5. 1/4 carrot
  6. Some butter
  7. 1 sheet cheese
  8. carrot>
  9. 2 tea spoon sesame oil
  10. 1 tea spoon chicken soup stock
  11. chicken>
  12. 1 pinch salt and pepper
  13. 1 tea spoon sesame oil
  14. 1 tea spoon honey

Cooking Instructions

    Shredded carrots and heat them for 3 minutes in a microwave(600w). Season it with sesame oil and chicken soup stock.

    Wash the lettuce.

    Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and honey. Wrap it tightly with a cling film and also cover it with aluminum foil. Boil a hot water in a pot, boil the chicken over a low heat for 10 minutes and leave it for 30 mins.

    Place an egg into a pot and fill in with cold water until the egg is fully covered. Bring to a full boil. Once the water is boiled, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Leave it for 8-10 mins to make a hard-boiled egg.

    Toast 2 slices of bread, spread some butter and place a slice of cheese.

    Place all the ingredients on a bread.

    Cover with the other bread and wrap it tightly with a cling wrap.

    Cut the middle with sharp knife and done!
