Ingredients

5 people
  1. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  2. 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  3. Diced peppers, purple onions, and possibly other veggies (such as parsnips, carrots, grated ginseng, etc)
  4. 2 cups cooked rice (preferably, sushi rice)
  5. Hot sauce or pepper powder (Mojo seasoning works best)
  6. 1 can unsalted kidney or black beans

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Stir fry all the veggies, until they’re well done. I used toasted sesame oil, it tastes the best.

  2. 2

Use leftover cooked rice, or cook new rice as you chop the veggies.

  3. 3

Grate up some cheddar cheese, and open a can of black beans.

  4. 4

In the pan, mix and stir fry all the rice, veggies, cheese, beans, and spices, until well done.

  5. 5

Serve in rice bowl. Well done! 😋
