Ingredients

10 minutes
1 serving
  1. 2 cups veggie pasta
  2. 2 small sweet tomatoes
  3. 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  4. 1/2 tsp capers
  5. Diced green olives or if you like black
  6. Salt, pepper and oregano

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring water to boil and boil veggie pasta for six minutes and put aside

  2. 2

    Dice garlic, tomatoes, artichokes and olives. In a small skillet on medium high melt butter and olive oil and sauté everything except the tomatoes. Once sauté add tomatoes for the last minute and then add veggie pasta. Enjoy!
