  1. 2 packages Spring rolls wrappers / 48 pieces
  2. stuffing
  3. 1 head Cabbage / cleaned and shredded
  4. 2 Chicken breast / thin sliced
  5. 200 grams Minced pork
  6. 5 slice Ham / sliced
  7. 1 each Tofu / thin sliced
  8. 150 grams Vermicelli / soaked in water and cut
  9. 150 grams Bean sprout
  10. 1 clove Garlic / minced
  11. 1 head Onion / sliced
  12. 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  13. 3 tbsp Soya sauce
  14. 1 tsp Salt
  15. 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  16. 2 bunch Spring onion / chopped
  17. eggs mixture
  18. 3 Eggs / large size
  19. 1 tbsp Mix black and white sesame
  20. 1 tsp Corn starch
  21. 1 tsp Olive oil or vegetables oil to stir fry the stuffing

Cooking Instructions

    Make the stuffing by clean and shred cabbage , slice carrots , onion, ham, tofu,chicken , clean bean sprout , soak vermicelli in water

    In the pan sprinkle some vegetables or olive oil , brown garlic ,and follow with chicken , minced pork , ham ,stir until meat is almost cook ,add tofu, cabbage ,carrots,stir until soft ,add seasoning ,vermicelli ,spring onion , mix well , turn heat off, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool

    Prepare eggs mixture by beat eggs , add corn starch and sesame and mix well

    Wraps the rolls ,on a plate place one sheet of spring roll wrapper on , fill the stuffing 1 and half tbsp , and follow by pictures ,use the eggs mixture to stick the sheet ,repeat until finish

    On deep fry 180°F .before fry dip roll into eggs mixture ,approximately 3-4 mins until golden brown ,cut half ,and serve hot with Thai chillies sauce ,enjoy :)
