Egg & Mayonnaise Sandwich (Japanese style)

Ingredients

  1. 2 slices Sandwich bread
  2. 1 pc Boiled Egg
  3. 1 tsp Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Slice an egg one time vertically and sideways using a Egg slicer Cutter.

    Add mayonnaise and mix it so as not to crush the yolk.

  3. 3

    Serve egg & Mayonnaise dip in the middle of sandwich bread.
    (When you eat, you can eat without getting tired because the texture changes depending on the place.)

    Put another sandwich bread and cut it in half.

    I recommend “Kewpie Mayonnaise”. S$4.5/pack at FairPrice.
