Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. 2 chicken breasts halved
  2. 2 cans tomato sauce
  3. 1/2 onion
  4. 2 tablespoon knorr chicken bouillon
  5. 8-12 tortillas
  6. 1 tablespoon butter
  7. 1/4 cup crumbled Cojita cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil and shred chicken, save some of the chicken stalk

  2. 2

    Mince and sauté onion with butter in a large pan

  3. 3

    Add chicken, tomato sauce, and a bit of chicken stalk to pan over medium heat until moist consistency

  4. 4

    Add knorr to taste and let simmer until flavors mix, about 5 mins

  5. 5

    Lightly fry tortillas on separate pan greased with butter

  6. 6

    Scoop chicken onto tortillas and sprinkle with Cojita cheese

  7. 7
