Ingredients

  1. 2 Cups Methi cleaned and chopped
  2. 2 Cups Wheat Flour
  3. 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  4. Oil
  5. Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry the chopped methi in 2 tablespoon of oil.Add wheat flour,chilly powder,salt and mix well.Add 4 tablespoon of oil to this mix to make it soft.

    Now add little-little water to make a soft dough.Keep it for some time.Now divide the dough into equal size balls and roll out the parathas.

    Now cook the parathas in a heated tawa and add some oil also.Serve hot.
