Ingredients

  1. 4 chicken Breasts pieces
  2. 10 lettuce leaves , chopped
  3. Gouda cheese (optional)
  4. 1/4 capsicum , chopped
  5. 1 cucumber , small sized , chopped
  6. 8 - 10 almonds salted , roasted and
  7. half 3 - 4 cherry tomatoes , cut into
  8. salt pepper &
  9. half lime a Juice of
  10. 2 Cloves garlic , grated
  11. 2 parsley stems of , thoroughly chopped
  12. chicken for marinating the
  13. 1 tsp vinaigrette vinegar olive oil for - , 1 tsp ,
  14. 2 parsley fresh stems ,
  15. 1 clove garlic salt chilli grated of + and flakes
  16. 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  17. 1 Teaspoon Olive oild
  18. 2 Parsley stems
  19. 1 Clove Garlic , grated
  20. Chilli flakes
  21. 2 Teaspoons Olive oil
  22. 2 Teaspoons Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken breast with salt & pepper, parsley, lime juice, 2 tsp olive oil, garlic.leave aside for 1 hr.

    Grill the chicken on a grilling pan. add the remaining olive oil while grilling the chicken.Grill until perfectly cooked

    Mix the lettuce, cucumber, capsicum, tomatoes, Gouda cheese, almonds. Add the vinaigrette.

    Cut the chicken making 4 pieces of each chicken breast.

  5. 5

    Plate up by arranging the bed of salad in the center, topping the grilled chicken over the salad.

    The above quantity will serve 2 adults. Time consumed: 1/2 hr to cook and 10 mins to plate up 1 hr to marinate the chicken
