Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg Ckicken   skinless less :
  2. 1 teaspoon Ginger paste :
  3. 1 teaspoon Garlic paste :
  4. 1 teaspoon Garam masala :
  5. 1 teaspoon Green chilli chilly paste :
  6. 1 cup Curd cream (mix in mixet):
  7. 1/2 cup Mint leaves paste :
  8. 1 Coriander leaves paste : table spoon
  9. To taste Salt :
  10. 2 chili pepper tea Red   powder : spoons
  11. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder : spoon
  12. 1/2 cup Coriander leaves :
  13. 100 gm Oil :
  14. 1 cup Onion pieces :
  15. 5 Green chillies slices :
  16. 100 gm Water :

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash  the chicken with water and add water, salt and turmeric with chicken and cook the chicken till water evaporated.

    Take a frying pan on stove add oil, after heat the oil fry onion and green chillies and than add the cooked chicken and fry it well.

    Add ginger,garlic paste,mint,green chillies,coriander paste to chicken and cook some time and add red chilly powder,salt,add curd cream and coriander leaves.

    Cook some time and off the stove and enjoy the curry with rice and chapatis.

From childhood i like cooking very much, i have some own idea recipes and some from my mother, mother in law and some cooking recipes. I am only one child to my parents,so they pampering me very much, my mother not agreed to work or cook at home. But my interest in cooking could not stop me from my mother. I tried several recipes from my own ideas, after that my dad and mother appreciate me.
