Heat oil in a pan, saute onion over low-medium flame till the golden
Add green chilies, tomato and ginger, red chili powder. Mix well and keep stirring
Whisk eggs and salt in to a bowl. Pour in to the pan and keep cooking and saute till it dry. Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala and serve with bread or paranthas.
