Paneer tikka

I got this recipe from a blog, when couple of our friends were coming home for dinner on a Saturday. It requires paneer to be marinated for minimum 4 hours. That day we just marinated for 2 hours, but still it turned out to be good. The next time we marinated overnight, and it tasted better. The only thing is you need to have them hot, else it will get rubbery.

I work with a software company, and one of my favourite things to do is cooking, as i feel its a stress reliever and makes you happy. Getting up early in the morning to cook is not my thing. I like to have my sleep, but still like to prepare some lunch to office for me and my husband. So i like cooking easy multi taskable dishes to reduce my cooking time ;). Try out the recipes and let me know how you feel.
