Description
A lovely, filling and healthy smoothie...so refreshing!
材料
Very ripe banana, going black
5-7 ice cubes
150-200ml half-fat milk (1.7%)
150-200ml orange juice with many bits
Small or medium avocado
Small squeeze of 1/2 a lemon

Squeeze of 1/2 a lime

Quite a large banana, half-going to black from yellow.

Older bananas are sweeter. Chop into four pieces.

Put on ice into the blender, add avocado flesh, no skin.

Add milk, then orange juice. I used 'Tropicana Extra Bits'

Add a good squeeze of half a large lemon and of half a lime.

Blend! Bring blender to top occasionally, and push down.
