Crust
Digestive Biscuits (Crushed)

Brown Sugar

Melted Margarine (or Butter)

Filling
Dark Chocolate
400-450g
●Silken Tofu
450g
●Powdered Sugar
60g
●Orange Juice
75ml
●Orange Zest
From 1 Orange
●Vanilla Extract
2 Small Tbs
■
Topping (Optional)
Crushed Hazelnuts

Mix biscuits & sugar together.

Add margarine and stir until evenly distributed.

Press mixture firmly into a pie plate. Optional: bake 10m.

Mix ● in a food processor until smooth.

Pour tofu mixture into a large bowl.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler.

Fold the melted chocolate into the tofu mixture.

Pour the mixture onto the crust. Refrigerate overnight.
