Description

Tasty and spicy Thai Curry with green beans.

材料 (4 servings)

chicken breast halves (slice)

shrimp
1C
Panang Curry paste
1-3 tbsp
●coconut milk powder
1C -
●Thai basil (optional)
some
1/2 - 1C
●fish sauce
1/2 - 1 tbsp
●sugar
1/2 tbsp
green beans (cut in 1.5 inch)

作り方

    Slice chicken breast.

    Clean shrimp.

    Slice onion.

    (Panang Curry Paste. It's only about 2 dollars.)

    Saute the paste in olive oil lightly on low heat.

    Bring up to Medium heat. Add onion, chicken and saute.

    When surface of chicken got whitish, add shrimp and saute.

    (Coconut milk powder)

    Add ●marked ingredient. Bring it to boil.

    Add green beans. Adjust flavor. Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Serve with Jasmine rice. Yummy!

9. Start with the smallest amount I wrote.
10. Adjust flavor increasing paste, coconut powder, water or fish sauce.
