Fried Lotus root
Description
Could add carrot or pork minch, If you like.

Lotus root
50g
*Sesame

*Cayenne pepper powder

Sesami oil
1 spoon
*Sake
1 spoon
*Soy source
1 spoon
*Suger or Honey
1/3 spoon

Peel and Take off black parts

Cut 2-3mm

Put in a bowl of water + 1 spoon of vineger, take 10mins

Heat pan & oil then put lotus root (take off from the bowl)

Fry 10mins, lotus root become Semitransparent

Add all of *mark then fried 5mins more

Can Change Sake > w/wine or laojiu, Sesame oil > olive oil or sunflower oil
