All purpose flour

Baking powder

Salt
1/4 tsp
Butter (room temperature)
120 gram
Granulated sugar
110 gram
Vanilla extract
1.5 tsp
Eggs (large) - room temp

120 ml

    Preheat the oven to 165 Celsius degrees

    Prepare 12 muffin cups with paper liners

    In a large bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy

    Beat in eggs and vanilla one at a time.

    Add flour in 4 parts alternately with milk

    Start with flour and end with flour

    Beat the mixture just until smooth after each addition

    Don't over mix the batter

    Divide batter evenly in muffin cups

    Bake for about 30 mins

    Cool pan on rack for 5 mins, then remove cupcakes to rack.

    Let cupcakes cool completely
