Description

It is a Japanese daily meal.
"natto" includes soy protein.

材料 (For 2 people)

boiled rice

360g(2 gou)
mineral(or drinkable) water

miso soup
drinkable water

konbu kelp
2 pieces(4x8cm)

Ingredients of the miso soup

作り方

    polish rice and dip it for 20 min. at least in water.

    move the rice to pottery and pour mineral water.

    boil rice for 13 min. on medium-high heat with timer, first.

    when the steam boils with great force about 10 min. later...

    reset the timer at 4 min.. after 4 min. turn off the burner.

    wait 20 min. to steam the rice.

    if your baby cries for good-smell, do not take the cover.

    Ingredients of the miso soup.
    use them, if u throw it away.

    dip konbu kelps in water for 30 min. at least and ...

    boil the dried bonito(pic.) for 2 min.

    it's "dashi" stock.

    then, boil the Ingredients for 2 min..
    then put wakame.

    do not boil green onion. eat it raw.

    after turn off the burner, dissolve miso in dashi.

    serve them
    with "natto", fermented soybeans and "shichimi".

    "shichimi" is red pepper with 6 spices.
    "shichi" means 7.
