Description

These breads are not used butter and eggs.

材料 (8 bread)

☆ dough
☆ bread flour
200 grams
☆ whole wheat flour
50 grams
☆ yeast
1teaspoon
☆ sugar
1tablespoon
160~170 grams
☆ roasted white sesame seed
2 tablespoon
★ sea salt
1/2 teaspoon
★black sesame paste
20 grams

・cream cheese room temperature
160 grams
・powder sugar
50 grams

作り方

    mix yeast, a pinch of sugar and some water.

    Then continue mixing for 10min. It will turn smooth.

    Roll out the dough to 12cm× 6cm elliptic.

    Bake for 13 to 14 minute.
