材料
（makes about 24）
1 c.
cocoa (unsweetend)
2 1/2 Tbsp.
1 tsp.
salt
1 pinch
1/4 cup
milk
2/3 c.
butter (melted and cooled slightly)
1/4 c.
1/2 tsp.
chocolate chips
1/2 c.
(decoration sugars)
(optional)

Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Grease 24 mini muffin cups, or place small paper cases in cups.

Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt into a large bowl.

Mix the sugar, egg, milk, butter and vanilla extract.

Pour (3) onto dry ingredients (2) and mix briefly using a large metal spoon. Add chocolate chips in to the bowl.

Spoon butter into cups. (Sprinkle decoration sugars onto butter.) Bake 20 minutes.
