Glazed Sweet Potato

The sweet potato fries with maple syrup and butter flavor.

A sweet potato -- a jewel or garnett -- you can use whichever you like.
A buttercup can be used as substitute for potatos.

Wash the sweet potato well.
Then cut in a half and peel the skin.

Cut the sweet potato into stick shape.

Then fry them in oil of medium heat.

When sweet potato turns into light brown color, take them out and drain on a paper towel.

Heat maple syrup and butter on an another frying pan with medium heat.

Put the sweet potato on the fring pan of step6 and heat by medium high until maple syrup becomes like caramel sauce.

Caution, hot! You may want to cool them a bit.
