Description

This marinade sauce makes your chicken amazingly tender!

材料 (Serves 2)

Chicken thigh
10 ounce, cut into 2 inch pieces
Red wine
2 tbs
Soy sauce
2 tbs
Fresh Rosemary
3 - 4 stems
Garlic
1 clove,crushed
Fresh cream
2 - 3 tbs
Your choice of grilled vegetables
Adequate amount

作り方

  1. 1

    Combine the liquid ingredients and herbs in a zip-lock bag.

    marinade the meat in the mixture for more than 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Remove the chicken from the marinade. Drain the sauce.

  4. 4

    Cook the meat in a pan over medium high heat with skin down

  5. 5

    Turn the meat over when it browns. Pour the marinade sauce.

  6. 6

    Cover and cook over medium low heat till the chicken is done

  7. 7

    Turn the heat off, put the chicken aside and keep warm.

  8. 8

    Add fresh cream to the remaining sauce and blend together.

  9. 9

    Taste the sauce and add some more cream if needed.

  10. 10

    Heat the sauce to low heat just to make it warm to serve.

    Arrange the chicken and vegetables. Pour over the sauce.
