Description

None oil and less suger cake. This cake is so delisious and healthy. Let's bake !!

材料 (6-7 inch tube-cake pan)

3 large eggs
1 ripe banana
sugar
4 tbsp.
4 tbsp.
squeeze of lemon
1 tsp.
3 tbsp.

作り方

    Preheat oven to 338 degree.

    Mash banana in a bowl. Add squeeze of lemon.

    Divide egg yolks from egg whites. Put the bowl of egg whites into the refrigerator.

    Add 2 tbsp sugar,water and #1banana into the bowl of egg yolks. And beat until creamy.

    Stir in sifted flour.

    Add 2tbsp sugar into egg whites,and beat them until stiff.

    If you turn the bowl upside down, egg whites don't fall down.

    Add half of #7 into #4 and stir.

    Add the rest of #7 and mix quickly.

    Pour into a tube-cake pan and paddle with something stick in order to expel any remaining air.

    Bake for 35 minutes.

    Let cool in pan up side down. Remove from the pan and keep it in the refrigerator half a day. It's good to eat !!
