Description

Healthy Enzyme of Thick Wakame Leaves.

材料

pickled cucumber(きゅうりの糠漬け)
10g
pickled turnip(かぶの糠漬け)
10g
pickled carrot(人参の糠漬け)
10g
thick wakame leaves (メカブ)
1 pack (1パック)
sushi vinegar (すし酢)
2tbsp(大さじ2)
pickled slice of onion (酢漬け玉ねぎスライス)
as desired (適量)

作り方

    Cut the pickles into the same sizes.

    Add thick wakame leaves and sushi vinegar and mix well.

  3. 3

    Then, add the sliced pickled onions on top.

コツ・ポイント

Pickles made in brine and fermented rice bran are needed.
