材料 (5 to cocotte)

◆ganache
chocorate
50g
whipping cream
30g
butter
20g
◆chocorate dough
chocorate
70g
butter
30g
granulated sugar
50g
whole egg

cocoa powder

作り方

    at first,make ganache.
    dissolve butter & choco in hot water

    Then remove from the heat and mix whipping cream in the '1'

    Transfer to another container,and put in the freezer.

    at second,make dough.
    Mix egg and suger

    dissolve butter and chocorate in hot water

    Then remove from the heat and mix '4' in '5'

    And mix whipping cream in the '6'

    Sift flour and cocoa powder. And mix those in the '7'

    pour the chocorate dough into the cocotte up to 30%.

    And put ganache in it.
    Then pour dough to cover ganache.

    Bake at 180℃ for 12~15 minutes

    if you give friend,you'll get her to eat immediately. OR→

    if eat After long time,warm up in the microwave and eat.

The taste is a little strong.
So I recommend to eat with ice cream!!
