材料 (30×11㎝ pound form)

①chocolate
180g
②oil
120g
③milk
90cc
⑤cacao powder
90g
⑤starch
30g
⑥egg york
9
⑦egg white
8
⑧sugar
180g
Two bowls
Clean and dry

作り方

  1. 1

    ①②③into a bowl with waterbath.

    melt well out from waterbath

    ●Meringue●
    ⑦and all⑧ into the bowl
    make very soft meringue

    ★Chocolate Dough★
    add the york into 1 one by one
    mix it well

    after the york
    add milk and mix,
    add already mixed ⑤powder

    mix two
    one scoop of ● into ★
    mix up enough,
    two times again

  6. 6

    got softly,
    add all5into bowl of 2
    mixup gently and quiqly

  7. 7

    bake it
    170℃ about 50 min

コツ・ポイント

Oil doesn't matter in any kind
all suger at one time is important.
