Sugar
2 lb
Plain milk
400 cc
Butter
2 oz
Condensed milk
1 tin
作り方

Put sugar and cup of milk in pan and stir till dissolved

Add butter and stir till it melts

Add condensed milk and bring slowly to the boil

Still stirring

Boil for 15 mins until colour darkness a bit

Try for 'soft ball' in a little cup of water

Remove from heat and stir till tablet forms

Gets grainy and thicker. Try a bit on a plate

Pour into buttered tin
