Chicken schnitzel

ドイツ料理のチキンシュニッツェル！パブの定番メニュー。大好きなシェフの１人、Nigella Lawson風。

chicken escalopes(breast fillets)

gf flour

cornflakes(bread)

*dijon mustard
1 tbs
*garlic
1 clove
*cinnamon
1/2 tsp
*paprika
1/2 tsp
lemon

cherry tomatoes(grape tomatoes)
some
rocket (any leaves)
some
@salt
a bit
@pepper

作り方

roll chicken up with a big cling lap.

use a hummer or something to hit a chicken to spread.

put all @@@ on chicken.

mix alll ***. you can grate lemon's peels and add onto it.

add 3 to 4.

put flour on 5 and roll over on cornflakes!

fry 5 and serve with lemon, tomatoes and rocket.

you can grate lemon again and add on a top of it!

コツ・ポイント
if you use bread instead of cornflakes, you can use food processor to make crumbles.
