Steam the pumpkin/yam/taro until soft and mash it.

Mix in the flour and cornstarch until smooth. Then mix in the egg yolks one by one, mix well after each addition.

Add in the milk gradually and mix until smooth.

Whip the egg whites with the sugar until soft peaks form.

Combine the egg whites and egg yolks mixtures and fold until blended in completely.

Bake in a 160℃ (325F) oven for about 1 hour. Leave in the oven for 15 minutes before taking it out.

コツ・ポイント
* かぼちゃやさつま芋やどんな芋もいいです。クリームチーズを使うと、ふわふわのチーズケーキになりますよ〜(湯を天板に入れて、生地がある天板を湯の天板に入れて、焼いて下さい。)
