材料

Uncle Toby’s traditional oats
1cup
Plain flour, sifted
1 + 1/4 cups
Caster sugar
1/2 cup
Desiccated coconut
3/4 cup
Unsalted batter, chopped
150g
Golden syrup
2 tablespoons
Bicarb Soda
1/2 teaspoon
Water
1+ 1/2 teaspoons

作り方

    Preheat oven to 170℃ fan forced.

    Place the flour, outs, sugar and coconut in a large bowl

    and stir to combine.

  4. 4

    In a small saucepan place the golden syrup and butter

  5. 5

    and stir over low heat until the butter has fully melted.

  6. 6

    Mix the bicarb soda with water and add to the saucepan.

  7. 7

    It will bubble whilst you are stirring together so remove

  8. 8

    from the heat.

    Pour into the dry ingredients and mix together.

    Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on

  11. 11

    baking trays lined with non-stick baking paper,

  12. 12

    pressing down on the tops to flatten slightly.

    Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
