Ripened plums
1kg
Crystal sugar

Wash plums, take bits off, dry well and freeze over night.

Into sterilised jar, put plums and crystal sugar in turn.

If necessary, put the rest in ziplock then add them later.

Shake it accordingly. When all sugar resolved, it’s ready!

Serve with fizzy water, or with any alcoholic drinks.
