Stir-fried Wakame
Description
Very spicy stir-fried wakame - how to cook wakame - volume 1
材料
Dried wakame
5T (Table spoon)
Bacon, cut in bite size
100g
Enoki mashuroom, cut in half
1 pkg
Red paprika, cut in strips
1/2
Curry powder
3t (tea spoon)
Olive oil
1T
Dried red pepper, crushed

Salt

Tandoori masala
1T
Liquid soup stock

In a large colander, place 5T of dried wakame.

Rinse w/ running water. Soak in plenty of lukewarm water.

Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.

Dried wakame will be risen up to 5 to 6 times.

Heat a frying pan, add oil and dried red pepper.

Then add red paprika, enoki mashroom and bacon, stir well.

When it is getting tender, add salt and spices.

Add wakame and stir well. Pour liquid soup stock to mix well

Add S&P to taste if desired.

Rehydrated wakame can be eaten uncooked. So doneness of wakame is up to you.
