作り方

    wash off the dirt from the nagaimo and peel off the skin.

    leave off the end part of the Nagaimo.and grate it.

    grate the nagaimo using a grater then put it to a bowl.

    peel off and chop the ginger finely.

    cut boiled octopus into bite size chunks.

    put the flour ,egg,❸ ,❹ ,
    bonito fish soupstock into a bowl,

    add water, worcestershiresauce into ❻ and mix.

    add"natto"(seasoned with attached sauce) into ❼ and mix

    add tuna into ❽ and mix.

    preheat the oven to180℃

    add ❷,chopped green onion, into ❾and mix.

    move the ⓫ the gratin dish or heat resistant dish.

    sprinkle grated cheese and mayonnaise over the ⓬.

    place ⓭ in the oven and bake it 40min 〜 till top is crispy

    make sure the batter is cooked through.
