Description


Kadai Chicken recipe is a very common Chicken Dry dish.

材料

Chicken breasts, cut into chunks
300 grams
Onion, sliced

Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum), diced

Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon
Dry Red Chilli

Ginger, chopped
1 inch
cloves Garlic, chopped

Homemade tomato puree
1 cup
Red Chilli powder
2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala powder
2 teaspoon
Fresh cream
1 tablespoon
Salt
to taste
Sunflower Oil

作り方

    Heat a pan with oil to begin making Kadai Chicken Recipe.

    If it gets hot, add the cumin seeds and let it splutter.

    Remove dried red chilies and saute until they crisp.

    Add ginger, garlic, and make smooth.

    Add and saute onions sliced and diced til they caramelize.

    Add bell peppers and cook until a little soft.

    Add a cup of tomato puree

    and keep cooking until well-cooked tomatoes.

    Add red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder

    salt and boil for another 3 minutes after 4 to 5 minutes.

    Attach pieces of chicken and saute well,

    until the masala is uniformly spread over the meat.

    The chicken can cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Apply a spoonful of cream at the end and blend properly.

    Garnish it with coriander leaves to serve sweet.
