300g ground beef
1 egg
1 onion diced
1 onion sliced

Pan fried the diced onions to slightly caramelised brown

Mix everything together
1.egg
2.ground beef
3.diced onions

Sears (around 1 min) all side of the steaks and put it aside

pan fried the sliced onions

add
1/8 cup marin
1/8 cup sake
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 cup water

cover lid and simmer for 20 mins

then take out the steak first

then pour the onion sauce on top to serve
