Potato & Rice Bake
Description
This is a totally gluten-free menu with rice flour!

Mashed potates mix
180 g
Hot milk
560 ml
Rice flour
120 g
Potato starch
60 g
Fine salt
1 tsp
Butter
to taste
Pasta sauce
to taste
Basil leaves

Make mashed potatoes with hot milk.

Add rice flour and mix.

Add potato starch, fine salt and knead well.

Divide into 8 portions.

Make a round smashed shape just like a small pancake.
