Description

This is a totally gluten-free menu with rice flour!

材料 (4 servings)

Mashed potates mix
180 g
Hot milk
560 ml
Rice flour
120 g
Potato starch
60 g
Fine salt
1 tsp
Butter
to taste
Pasta sauce
to taste
Basil leaves
to taste

作り方

    Make mashed potatoes with hot milk.

    Add rice flour and mix.

    Add potato starch, fine salt and knead well.

    Divide into 8 portions.

    Make a round smashed shape just like a small pancake.

    Melt the butter in a pan.

    Bake both sides until the surface becomes toasted.

    Put the cake on a plate and pour some sauce on it.

    Place some basil leaves on top for a nice presentation!

    It goes good with this "Tomato & Cheese Sauce". Very tasty!

    You can also make gnocchi with this.

    Make a small oval shape and stir-fry with butter.

    ↑ The rice flour is going to melt in hot water, so stir-fry!

コツ・ポイント

It goes good with any pasta sauce! It can be a gluten-free gnocchi too for another transformation!
