Description

All you have to do is just cut & mix the ingredients!

材料 (4 servings)

Fresh salmon fillet
400 g
Avocado
2
Cooked rice
600 g
Hontsuyu
2 tbsp
Sesame oil
1 tbsp
Wasabi paste
1 tsp
Roasted sesame seeds
to taste

    Chop or slice salmon & avocado into bite size pieces.

    Use very fresh salmon as used for sushi.

    If you don't like uncooked, try with lightly cooked salmon.

    Place avocado on cooked rice, and then put salmon on it.

    Mix hontsuxu, sesame oil and wasabi paste well in a bowl.

    Pour this sauce over salmon & avocado.

    Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top.

    Richer!! → Soak salmon & avocado in sauce mixture.

    Keep it in the refrigerator at least 30 mins.
