Description

you can add pork mince and other vegetables as you want.

材料 (4 persons)

shrimp
as much as you want
mashroom
100g
1 L
coconut milk
100cc ~
salt
1/4 c. à thé
nampla
3~5 c. à table
tom yum paste
4~ c. à table
*lemon glass
3~4 pcs
*baimakurt
4~5 pcs
*ginger
5~10 slices
peppers
1~ pcs
coriander

作り方

  1. 1

    * Ginger → sliced
    * Lemongrass → Cut into 3 equal parts

    * Baimakrut → tear by hand
    (I often use only ginger)

    -Mushrooms → Cut into pieces that are easy to eat

    -Shrimps →rub it with potato starch and salt,

    and wash it if it is not prepared.

    Lightly fry the vegetables. if you like spicy, add peppers.

    Add water, coconut milk and salt.

    When it boils, add nam pla, ginger, lemongrass, baima kurt.
